were read. There was a motion to accept the minutes. The motion was
seconded and passed
- The treasurer
adviser reported we have $477.72 in checking and $25,470.20 in
savings.

Rasmussen moved to change the upcoming ordeal date from May 6-8 to
April 8-10. The motion was seconded and passed.
New Business

Jeff Rasmussen moved to give lifetime membership to Ed de
Torres. The motion was seconded and passed.

Robbie Miller talked about Dixie Lodge spirit items that will
be give to all
Dixie delegates.

Robbie Miller moved to make a Lodge Dixie delegate flap. The
motion was seconded and passed.

Jeff Rasmussen moved to make council strips that will be
given to all scoutmasters that bring 60% of all their registered
scouts in their troop to summer camp. The motion was seconded and
passed.

Joe Slade made a few announcements about CIS.
