were read. There were a few changes to the minutes. John made a
motion to accept the minutes as read the motion was seconded and
passed
Committee Reports

Activities-
Thomas White reported that this year we have great activities.
They are working on the Beaver Day camp-out. The theme for this lodge
year will be Eswau’s Fratastic, if you have any ideas for this
contact Thomas.

Ceremonies- Peter
Rowe reported that they are securing ceremonies positions for Dixie
and the upcoming ceremonies.

Cook Team- No
Report.

Dance Team-
Raymond Leatherman reported that the Dance Team is getting ready for
Dixie Fellowship.

Drum Team- Brian
Manuel reported that the drum team has been meeting every Wednesday
after Dance team practice in Lincolnton. They are getting ready
for showings at Dixie Fellowship and NOAC.

Camp Promotions-
John Garwood reported that the Scoutmaster’s Dinner would be February
4th.

Membership
Development- Daniel Thompson reported that if anyone has any
questions or comments concerning Membership Development contact
Daniel or Kevin Gantt.

Training- Robbie
Miller reported that they are changing the format of Dixie
Fellowship. The Training Committee needs the Ceremonies Team,
to help get symbolisms of the ordeal and pre-ordeal ceremonies.
They still need volunteers from each chapter to help with training.
If anyone is interested in leading a training program contact Robbie.
They will have fun training sessions at this year and it will be
fratastic.

Communications-
Adam Lutterloh reported that the Elogams have been made on time this
year and the next one should come out in late February or early
March.

Allowelendam-
Daniel Thompson reported that he would like to thank everyone who
showed up for the Allowalendam service project at which they rang
bells for the Salvation Army. They meet on the 3rd Tuesday of
this month.

Old Business
- John Garwood
moved to vote on the 40th anniversary patch. 2 patched were
submitted and the 2nd was chosen.

Rasmussen reported on Merit Badge University.
- Ed de Torres
reported on the Spring Fellowship Webelos Woods activity.
New Business

Daniel Thompson
moved that the lodge adopt a Brother Participation program to help
increase membership development for 2004. This would last from
Winter Banquet to LLDC. There was discussion and some
amendments were made to the motion. The motion was seconded and
passed.

Daniel Thompson
moved that the lodge make an award for the participation program for
2004. This award would be a felt patch and would be given to
all recipients. The motion was seconded and passed.

Kenneth Pekarek
reported that an amendment to the lodge rules will be voted upon at
Spring Fellowship, the proposed amendment will be published prior to
the meeting in the Elogam, and due to a lack of time, if any
executive board members have any questions about the proposed
amendment, he requested they talk to him during dinner.

Mark Gantt made
some remarks on the previous Elogam.

a motion to adjourn the motion was seconded and passed.

The meeting was
closed with the OA song.
