2004 Fall Fellowship
Minutes
- The meeting
was called to order by Lodge Chief Adam Lutterloh.
- The meeting
was opened by the obligation of our order.
- The minutes
were read. There was a motion to accept the minutes. The motion was
seconded and passed
- The
treasurer advisor reported we have $5,288.05 in checking and
$24,982.04 in savings. It was reported that 1,867.05 was made
in the patch auction.
Committee Reports
-
Activities- Jay
McKinney reported that the Fall Fellowship activities were
successful and fun.
-
Ceremonies-
Matthew McAnulty reported that they had one successful ceremony this
weekend and the ceremonies team is now taking names for new
T-shirts. They are expecting next year will be great for the team.

Cook Team- Clint
Smith reported that they had about 24 people helping in the kitchen
this weekend. There was plenty of food and they hope it was

Dance Team- Ken
Manuel reported that Wednesday, November 10 will be their first
meeting at the LDS church in Lincolnton. They will be dancing Old
Style this year and Logan Johnston is the new Dance team chairman.

Drum Team- Ken
Manuel reported that the new Drum team chairman is Nathan Culberson
and his advisor is Robert White.

Camp Promotions-

Membership
Development- Peter Rowe reported that they had 3 brothers obtain
their brotherhood. He would like to thank Daniel Thompson and
Kenneth Pekarek for being Nimats.

Training- Robbie
Miller reported that training for Fall Fellowship was successful and
that Robert Blakely is the new training chairman for the upcoming
year.

Communications-
Tyson Badders reported that an Elogam was sent out in early
September. Due to the time it takes to receive the Elogam he will
begin emailing it in addition to snail mail. If you have any

bf185@yahoo.com. The next Elogam will be sent out around
November 1.

Unit Elections-
Justin Perry said it has been a good year with many new brothers
elected.
Chapter Reports

Allowelendam- Ron
Thompson reported that the chapter did well in the Fall Fellowship
competitions.

Apatschin
Tschitani- John Davis reported that they elected new officers at the
last chapter meeting. They are currently holding meetings the 2nd
Thursday of every month.

Occonluftee- Tyson
Badders reported that the chapter meets the 1st Thursday
of every month at
First
United
Methodist Church in Conover. The November meeting will include the
annual Thanksgiving feast.

Swamp fox- Jay
McKinney reported that the chapter did will at the Fall Fellowship
competitions.
Old Business
New Business
-
Robbie Miller moved to allot $37.50 (half the delegates fee)
to pay for the delegates from the lodge that will attend Arrowtech.
The motion was seconded and passed.

Adam Lutterloh moved the date of LLDC to December 3-4. The
price will be $10.

Adam Lutterloh reported on the upcoming Leadership and
Service Award that will start in 2005.
-
Kenneth Pekarek reported that the Chapter of the Year
requirements must be turned in by LLDC and are available online
under “information for members”.

Adam Lutterloh gave the procedures to vote on the Founders
award. Adam then opened nominations for the award. Jeff Rasmussen
nominated Adam Lutterloh. Jay McKinney nominated Charles Lutterloh.
Robbie Miller nominated Robert White. Will Garwood nominated Robbie
Miller. Jay McKinney nominated Jeff Rasmussen. Adam Lutterloh
nominated Ben Maybe. Nominations were closed and there was
discussion on each of the nominees for the award. The youth
voted and it was reported that a successful election was held.
The award will be given out at Winter Banquet.

Daniel Thompson reported on the Brotherhood Service Award.

Brain Manuel made a motion to adjourn, the motion was
seconded and passed.

The meeting was closed with the OA song.
