Brandon Costner reported that all activities went well. Hope to see

weekend

Brian Manuel reported that we will be starting after Fall Fellowship

Bradley reported that projects was successful. He also thanked all
members for their hard work and wishes a good year for the on coming
chairmen

Development- Jeff Rassmusen reported that the lodge welcomes all new
brothers and brotherhood members.

Curtis Bradley reported that we meet every 2nd Tuesday at the troop
101 scout hut

Tschitani- Justin Perry reported that the chapter had elections. He
also reported that we meet every 3rd Thursday of every month. The
chapter is excited about starting their new drum team.

Lutterloh reported that the chapter meet at the First United
Methodist church in Lincolnton on the 1st Thursday of every month
beginning September 4.

New Business

Rassmusen made a motion to allot half the patch auction money to
NOAC cost and half to the OA campfire ring. The motion was seconded
and passed

was seconded and passed

Rassmusen made a motion to change the dates of LLDC from Nov. 7-9 to
Oct. 11 the motion was seconded and passed
