Treasurer’s report – We have $ $10, 130.60 in checking and
$23,501.81 in savings.
Committee Reports

Activities- Brian Manuel reported
that we are planning a relay race for Fall Fellowship. Please send any
suggestions to me.

Ceremonies- Adam Lutterloh
reported that the Ceremony team had some great ceremonies this weekend with
Team B doing the Preordeal Ceremony.

Cook Team- Reported that the
weekend went well.

Dance Team- Robert White reported
the dance team will be dancing at camp twice this summer.

Drum Team- No report.

Service- Bradley Curtis reported
that all of the campsites ready for this summer. He also said thanks for
all of the help in the OA ring and the Amphitheater. Bradley said a special
thanks to the guys that repaired the sign at the North entrance to camp.

Membership Development- Thomas
White reported that we had 59 candidates, 12 brotherhood conversions, 5
elangomats and 2 Nimats this weekend.

Unit Elections- Kenneth Pekarek
thanked everyone for their help with unit elections.
Chapter Reports
·
Allowelendam- We have been meeting regularly each month in
Gaston County. We will meet and hold a cookout for new member elections.

Apatschin Tschitani- ?
·
Battleground- We meet in Shelby every third Thursday of the
month. Congratulations to the new members.
·
Gemstone- Congratulations to the new members. We are planning a
chapter cookout in June.
·
Heartland- no report.
·
Lowaneu Watchseu- no report.
·
Occonoluftee- Congratulations to the new members. We still meet
the First Thursday of every month at First United Methodist Church in Conover.
·
Tsungani - We had 18 new members at the past 2 ordeals.
Old Business
·
Jeff Rasmussen Thanked Jimmy Arthurs, and Rodney Bobak for the
booths at the bazaar.
·
Lodge Chief John Garwood stated that the Chapter of the Year
requirements has been given out to all the chapters.
·
Allen Thompson reported that the new benches have been installed
in the Amphitheater and that the Council provided the material.
·
Lodge officer election results – Thomas White lodge chief, Adam
Lutterloh VC of program, Jeff Rasmussen VC Administration, Ben Cook Secretary,
Zack Queen Treasurer.
·
Bob Jenkins reported that the road signs have been ordered.
·
John Garwood reported that the NOAC flap design has been
selected and will be ordered.
New Business
·
Kenneth Pekarek made a motion to spend up to $200.00 for the OA
ice cream social at summer camp. John Garwood will be in charge and it will be
held on Wednesday nights. The motion was seconded and was passed.
·
Thomas White made a motion to accept the names voted for Vigil
by the Vigil Committee. The motion was seconded and passed.
·
Patrick Heavner made a motion to hold a Native American weekend
between FF and WB. Activities Committee to plan the weekend, with crafts only,
no training or work projects. Kenneth Pekarek made a motion to table the
motion for more study. The second motion was seconded and was passed.
·
Kenneth Pekarek made a motion to adjourn; the motion was
seconded and passed.

Ed gave a few closing comments and welcomed the new members.
