  • E-board meet at least 4 times a year WB, SF, JO, FF

  • Spirit chairman selected by Beaver Day for Dixie

  • Vigil Committee selected by Spring Fellowship

  • Win Lodge of the Year at Dixie

  • Increase membership by 5%

  • Increase membership by 5% at each event

  • Participate in Indian Summer (7 people)

  • At least 80 people attend Dixie

  • Continue helping summer camp with Indian Pageant and the OA cracker-barrel

  • Participate in the Webelos to scout transition (Webelos Woods)

  • Increase Lodge Spirit

 Program

Activities   

  • Get a committee (5 people)

  • Patch designs picked 3 months in advance of activity and ordered 2 months in advance of activity

  • Make a sectional patch for activities

  • Participates guide including meal ticket, schedule, training, and activity cells.

  • Have good and fun activities at each event.

  • Learn Native American theme games

  • Implement theme at each event

  • Work in conjunction with other lodge committee to make thing get done

  • Have final rules for race completed by Spring Fellowship

 Ceremonies

  • Teach a class at CIS with a planned syllabus made before then.

  • Compete in both ceremonies and WIN at Dixie

  • Know the people performing the ceremonies by preceding event

  • Recruit 2 new members

  • Make new outfit shirts

 Cook Team

  • Have good nutritious meals

  • New menu Ideas

  • Active participation by the youth

  • Meals to match the theme

  • Menus on the web/Elogam

  • Cool team patch

 Dance Team

  • Win Dixie

  • Participate at Indian Summer

  • Hold at least 2 outside the lodge activities

 Drum Team

  • Change from Northern to Southern Drum

  • Set practice times and develop a theme

  • Collect southern Drum music and practice it

  • Make individual drum sticks

  • Change outfits to western shirts, hat, cowboy boots, and jeans belt buckles.

  • Compete at Dixie and place

  • Drum at CIS

  • Drum at AICA

  • Drum at summer camp and camporee

 Service

  • Finish the amphitheater (campfire ring)

  • Continue Adopt a highway

  • Continue food drive

  • Promote chapters participation at day of service

  • Assist with the trail crew for mountain to sea trail

Administration

 Camp Promotions

  • High Adventure Guide published by Scoutmaster dinner

  • Assist with Scoutmaster dinner

  • Compete at Dixie

  • Camp Promotion teams in each chapter by SM dinner

  • Improve communication with council staff

  • Continue 3 plus hat

 Unit Elections

  • Unit election materials in Scoutmaster dinner packets

  • Candidate information sent before ordeals

  • Continue summer camp elections and callouts

  • Follow up on election forms to see how people go through the ordeals

 Membership Development

  • Follow-up letters promoting brotherhood sent to each candidate

  • Vigil reunion at Fall Fellowship

  • Complete plan books by Feb 28th and compete at Dixie

  • Get elangomats 1 week before ordeals and make sure they are trained

  • Meet honor lodge requirements

 Training

  • At least 9 training sessions at each fellowship and tell time in schedule

  • Have a committee of at least 5 people and have meetings

  • Win Dixie!

  • Work with Camp Promotions for Leave No Trace training Weekend.

Communications

  • Publish 6 Elogams published before: WB/CIS, Dixie/Spring Fellowship, May Ordeal, August Ordeal, Fall Fellowship, LLDC.

  • Have Elogam published on website.

  • Compete at Dixie.

  • Win Website

  • Have special officer emails.
